How did you get started?
I was recruited by a State Farm agent at a family event. He said there was a career that would allow me to travel, use my people skills, manage my own day, and work outside. Little did I know I’d work in multiple states and multiple climates each year.
I was a staff catastrophe field adjuster for State Farm for 8 years. After 1.5 years managing a team in Atlanta, GA, I made the decision to transition to the independent side of the business. I’ve handled everything from sewer back up, to hail, to large tornado losses, to winter freezes. One story, two story, or three, I’ve climbed them all.
That State Farm agent was right – this was the career for me. My skills and talents align with the needs of policy holders who are recovering from unexpected life events & help them build a better future.
